Terms & Services

No Long-Term Commitment

Our contracts are generally non-binding, allowing you to avoid committing your business financially to a long-term agreement.

Short Notice Period

It should be easy to move to larger or smaller premises as your business needs change. That is why we operate with short notice periods—typically three months—across all our contracts.

Space sharing

Is the office or retail space too large for your needs, but the location is perfect? In several of our properties, you have the option to sublet parts of the premises to another business.

Interior Design Assistance

As a commercial tenant at Kereby, we offer a free consultation with our experienced architects, who are ready to provide guidance and inspiration.

Upscaling or Downscaling

If you already lease a property with Kereby and choose to continue your business journey with us, we will assist you with a smooth and financially responsible transition to one of our other premises.

No Double Rent

Do you already lease a property but have found the ideal location at Kereby? When taking over selected Kereby premises, we cover the rental costs for up to six months for the property with the lowest rent.
