Moving in – getting settled in your new home

Have you just moved in and noticed any defects or damages in your apartment? If so, please contact us immediately. You have 14 days from your move-in date to register any issues – this must be done via the link you received by email.

We also recommend that you complete the following as soon as possible:

• Sign up for automatic rent payments (Betalingsservice/PBS)
• Register with an electricity provider for your address
• Contact an internet provider to set up your connection (please note: Kereby does not provide internet)

Subletting your rental home

As a tenant with Kereby, you have the option to sublet your apartment – provided that certain conditions are met. Here, you can read more about the rules for both full and partial subletting, as well as what you should be aware of.

Moving out – how to terminate your lease

When you wish to terminate your lease, you must send us a written notice via email or post.

The notice must include:
• Your tenant number (can be found on letters from us)
• Name, email, and phone number
• Your new address

The notice must be received by the end of the month to be valid starting from the following month.
