We intend to own and manage our properties for many years. We are present in Denmark with an ambition to build a very strong real estate administration company. We have reinvested 100% of our returns into our properties. We own only 0.5 percent of the rental housing stock in Copenhagen meaning that we cannot solve this problem on our

 
 

own, but of course are continuously trying to address this shortage of housing by adding new rental apartments to the market. Conclusively, we agree with the messages communicated by the Danish Property Federation and have no further comments on the specific proposal set forward by the government nor the political process
