Kereby
With a new leadership team in place and a continued commitment to delivering the highest quality service and operations for tenants and local communities over the long term, 360 North has changed its name to Kereby.
Kereby’s executive management team is led by Lars Pærregaard, CEO, Kenneth Ohlendorff, COO, and Ole Markussen, CFO. Together, they bring extensive experience from across the Danish real estate sector and will enable Kereby to further strengthen its position as a more tenant-focused business.
Kereby’s strategic direction focuses on a number of key areas, all aimed at developing and strengthening collaboration with tenants and other stakeholders. Customer service is at the core of Kereby’s business. As part of this focus, Kereby is establishing a new customer service centre to enhance service for tenants, making it easier to get in touch and ensuring faster response times and more efficient handling of enquiries.
Kereby is committed to creating high-quality housing while preserving the unique cultural heritage of Copenhagen’s historic building stock. The company is building on investments of more than DKK 500 million already made to renovate homes and improve the environmental sustainability of its properties for the benefit of tenants.
Lars Pærregaard, CEO of Kereby, says:
“Together with our team, we are united in our commitment to delivering the highest quality service to our tenants and to being a professional, respectful, and responsive landlord. We are long-term owners who seek close cooperation with tenants and local communities, and we aim to contribute—where possible—to addressing the housing shortage in Copenhagen. We create homes and environments where Copenhagen residents want to live by adding high-quality housing, improving environmental sustainability, and preserving the city’s unique architectural heritage.”
