Brasserie Sài Gòn and Bánh Mì open in Boltens Gård

“What’s happening at Boltens

Two new dining spots each bring their own energy and character, adding more life to the courtyard during the daytime.
With the opening of a Vietnamese sandwich deli – and a relaxed brasserie soon to follow – new life is finding its way into Boltens Gård.

Banh Mi CPH and Brasserie Sài Gòn offer two distinct experiences that complement each other, together creating a vibrant stop in the heart of the city – a place for both a quick bite and a longer, more leisurely visit.

The concepts

Banh Mi CPH is a Vietnamese deli focused on homemade food served at a fast pace. Located on Store Kongensgade – surrounded by offices, shops, and vibrant city life – it attracts both locals and visitors looking for a quick, flavourful meal in the middle of the day. The menu features classic bánh mì sandwiches, bao buns, rice noodle salads, soups, and French pastries – all freshly made and full of flavour. The deli seats 10 guests indoors and 20 in the courtyard.

Further inside the green courtyard, Brasserie Sài Gòn invites guests to slow down and stay a while. Here, Vietnamese cuisine meets French brasserie style in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Guests can enjoy spring rolls, ceviche, dumplings, oysters, and French wines – either in the calm surroundings of the orangery or under the open sky in the courtyard. The restaurant accommodates 40 guests indoors and 70 outdoors.

Two concepts, one owner

Behind both venues is the same experienced team that has run Brasserie Sài Gòn in Vesterbro since 2020 and Banh Mi CPH at Enghave Plads since 2022. These are well-tested concepts, developed with respect for both Vietnamese street food and the art of a great dining experience.

The team found Boltens Gård to be the perfect match – a place where green surroundings, central city life, and architectural charm come together. Here, they saw the opportunity to further develop their concepts in an environment that reflects both their pace and their atmosphere.

“We know our concept and what works. Enghave Plads has shown us that Banh Mi thrives in lively urban settings – and Store Kongensgade has that same energy. When we first saw Boltens Gård, it felt like a hidden garden in the middle of the city. The idea of the orangery completely captivated us – it was the perfect home for the brasserie,” says the owner behind the restaurants.

Boltens Gård comes alive from morning to evening

At Kereby, we’re delighted to welcome the two new restaurants to Boltens Gård. Each brings its own style and audience, adding a natural flow of people through the courtyard – from morning to evening.

“The opening of these two new concepts helps us realise our ambition of making Boltens Gård a vibrant, experience-driven urban space – a place where people meet throughout the day to eat, unwind, and want to return,”
says Kenneth Ohlendorff, COO at Kereby.

Boltens Gård is evolving. It’s a place for those on the go – and for those who want to stay a little longer. Stop by and taste the difference.
