Our annual satisfaction survey shows significant progress—our NPS score has increased by an impressive 58 points since 2020, and we have already exceeded our targets for both 2025 and 2030. A result we are proud of, and one that motivates us to continue striving to improve every single day.
✅ Reduced vacancy
We have significantly reduced vacancy across our commercial properties. This has been achieved through a focus on attractive terms, open dialogue, and strong relationships with our commercial tenants. In addition, we have worked to adapt units to modern needs while respecting the unique character and framework of each property.
✅ New ESG initiatives
We have launched several concrete initiatives aimed at reducing our CO₂ emissions. With commitment and responsibility towards the future, we are taking important steps and contributing to the achievement of Copenhagen’s climate goals.
✅ Renovation with respect for history
The year has included both major and minor renovation projects focused on preserving, maintaining, and enhancing Copenhagen’s historic buildings. Several properties now offer improved conditions for both residential and commercial use, while remaining strong and well-prepared for future generations.
